Stuff into a big bell pepper, top with crumbly feta and roast until piping hot.

Halloumi and Spelt, with Borlotti Bean and Mint

Sprinkle on top of herby greens, add a drizzle of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice and serve with grilled halloumi.
