Halloumi and Spelt, with Borlotti Bean and Mint

Sprinkle on top of herby greens, add a drizzle of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice and serve with grilled halloumi.

100 g Halloumi

250 g IAM SUPER GRAINS Spelt, Borlotti Bean and Mint

150 g mixed salad leaves

1 dash Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Olive Oil
